Abstract Biological reactors are employed in industrial applications to break down organic waste. We view the cascade of two open loop continuously stirred tank with Haldane growth function as chemostats bacterial inputs. A some reactor parameters is derived, sign which determines maximum number critical points a can have. This allows us determine parameter combinations ensure has only single point for all removal rates (dilution rate plus death rate).
